What is our returns policy?
hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is
not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when
you return it to us in a saleable condition within 10 days of the date
shown on your dispatch note.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Contact us via email: email@example.com and explane your problem. You will receive our response.
2. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof
of postage from the Post Office. Send to us tracking number of your
postage via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Keep your postage receipt safe as maybe you will need it as your proof of return.
After we will receive the package back we will refund the money you
have paid for the item. You will be charged with the shipping cost only.
